I’m finally getting better (still have an annoying cough though) so the blog will finally be running on a normal schedule very soon.
I’ve just baked some scones, which is a good sign as since I've been ill, I haven't baked a-ny-thing and cooking was just the strict minimum. Oh, I’m excited to be baking again!
In the meantime, let’s see what we’re having for dinner this week.
- Monday: I was planning on making Jamie Oliver’s Mighty mackerel with mixed tomato & quinoa salad from Jamie’s 15 minutes meals ; book that I got my Boyfriend for Valentines but mackerel was unfortunately not available on my online grocery shopping. So either I find some mackerel tomorrow or I use a different fish…or make another meal. We’ll see.
- Tuesday: Timbale Milanaise
- Wednesday: Chicken in a So juicy bag & veg
- Thursday: Frozen meal
